Welcome, and thank you for visiting. KLH Floral LLC is my floral design business, operated by me, Karen Higginbotham, in Dallas, Texas. These terms govern your use of this website. By browsing the site or sending an inquiry, you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, please just ask.
1. This website is informational
This site is here to show my work and let you send me an inquiry. Nothing on it is a binding offer, a quote, or a contract, and submitting the inquiry form does not create a booking or reserve a date. Any floral services I provide are arranged under a separate agreement and quote that we confirm directly, not through this website.
2. Inquiries
Sending the inquiry form simply starts a conversation between us. I read every inquiry and aim to respond personally, but I cannot guarantee availability for any particular date until we have confirmed it together. Please make sure the details you share are accurate so I can respond well.
3. Intellectual property
The photography, floral arrangements, designs, text, and branding on this site are the property of KLH Floral LLC, or are used with permission from the photographers credited. Please do not copy, reproduce, republish, or use any of it without my written permission. My portfolio is the heart of my work, and I ask that you respect it.
4. Third-party links and content
This site links to my Instagram and may embed a live feed of my Instagram posts. I am not responsible for third-party websites or services, or for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Visiting them is at your own discretion, under their terms.
5. No warranties
I make a genuine effort to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind as to uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Details and imagery may change as my work evolves.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, KLH Floral LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This applies to the website itself; any floral services I provide are covered by the separate client agreement we confirm together.
7. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
