Privacy Policy
Plain and simple: what we collect through the inquiry form, and what we do with it.
KLH Floral is our floral design studio in Dallas, Texas, founded by Karen Higginbotham. This page explains how we handle the information you share with us. It applies to this website and our inquiry form.
What we collect
When you send an inquiry, we collect the details you enter: your name, email, phone number, and any event details you choose to share (event date, event type, location, your vision, and how you heard about us). We only collect what you type into the form. We do not ask for or store payment information anywhere on this site.
How we use it
We use your information for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, if we work together, to plan and design your flowers. Your form submission is delivered to us by email through our form provider, Formspree. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing, and we do not send unsolicited email.
How long we keep it
Your inquiry is delivered to us by email and is also retained by our form provider, Formspree, under its own retention terms. We keep inquiry emails for as long as we need them to respond to you and provide our service. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
Third-party services
A few trusted services help this site run: Formspree delivers form submissions, and the site is hosted on Vercel. Our gallery may also display recent public posts from our Instagram through a service called Behold once that feed is connected. When it is, your browser loads those images directly from Instagram, so Instagram and its parent company, Meta, may receive standard technical information (such as your IP address) needed to deliver them. These providers only process the information needed to do their job, under their own privacy terms. Like any website, our host (Vercel) may also automatically log standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and running.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use this website. It tells us things like which pages people spend time on and roughly where in the country they are visiting from. We use this to keep improving the site.
Google Analytics places small files called cookies in your browser and collects your approximate location, the type of device and browser you are using, and the pages you view. It does not collect your name, address, or any information that identifies you personally.
This information is processed by Google. You can read how Google handles it in the Google Privacy Policy. If you would rather not be included, Google offers a browser opt-out add-on that blocks Analytics on every site you visit.
We keep this data for 14 months. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Your choices
You can ask us to see the information you have shared, or to delete it, at any time. Just email us and we will take care of it.
